Douglas joined Alexion in 2020 to lead the Innovation Practice. His team is responsible for building the capabilities and culture to accelerate ideation, incubation and scaling of ideas that will enhance core competencies as well as explore disruptive concepts. Prior to joining Alexion, he led UCB’s Global Patient Experience and Technology Practice. Douglas has over 20 years experience bridging corporate strategies with digital, operations and human capital solutions to drive sustainable performance and deliver consistent customer experiences.
