Executive Director, Head Worldwide Omni Channel Experience
As Head – Worldwide Omni Channel Experience at Bristol Myers Squibb he Leads the Worldwide Omni Channel Experience team responsible for developing and implementing the Omni Channel strategy and vision for customer engagement across commercial and medical. Lucian also chairs the BMS Innovation Accelerator across Commercial, Medical, R&D and Information Technology.
In addition he serves as an Adjunct Marketing Professor at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey teaching upper level digital marketing courses.
Previously held various positions at Pfizer most notable Director-Team Leader, Enterprise Multi-Channel Marketing, Global Lead where he led the global channel team responsible for HCP digital channels aligned to delivering key digital, mobile capabilities, and content, from concept to execution.
Before that he worked at Computer Sciences Corporation, Supply Chain Solutions where he
Managed multiple technical departments responsible for the deployment of software supply chain solutions to over 100 military locations.
He started his career working as a civilian for the Air Force his most notable position was as the Program Manager for the Air Force’s 23 million-dollar reconnaissance (U-2, SR-71 Aircraft) global fuel support effort. He also managed the movement of passengers and cargo, on both military and commercial aircraft, in high volume air terminals to include the Gulf War deployment and sustainment.
He received is MBA from Willmington University, Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Bachelor of Arts in in Psychology from Southern Illinois University.
